Not a long time ago our Zoo had in its collection only an owl and two parrots, but now the situation has changed! From the 1st of October new animals appeared at the public exhibit of Exotarium, and all of them are birds! Bright, colourful, unusual as many-coloured autumn leaves – all these are about them! Collar toucan arasari, Gould’s mannikins, sharp-tailed grass and Japanese manikins, Chinese painted quail. Amazing, quick-moving, fluttering before your eyes, they will give joy not only to the persons who like birds, but also to those persons who like beauty. By the way, the female quail has already laid eggs, and in the near future we can expect first offspring from these small but very beautiful birds.
