Animals and children are together again!

Since January 2010 in the Children’s home N 2, thanks to the financial support of Shopping Center “Sputnik-1”, the work on the program “Paw of Support” based of animal-therapy, worked out by the collaborators of Tula Exotarium, was resumed. On that day together with the animals and the psychologist of Exotarium a camera crew of the Tula News Services came to visit the children. They communicated with the children and shot an excellent report about the program “Paw of Support”. The Director of Tula Exotarium Sergei Ryabov: “I would like to thank everybody who supports us and gives to the children a possibility to receive new positive emotions from the communication with the animals of Exotarium!”
The psychologist of Exotarium Natalia Afanas’eva together with the hedgehog Chapa, the guinea-pig Njusha and the rabbit Bee again came to visit boys and girls. Soft and fluffy friend of the children – this is always a lot of joy. But how many impressions receive the children from touching the needles of the hedgehog. Besides, Chapa rose to the occasion: she not even permitted to touch her spiny side, but she even tried to play with the children the “catch me” game! The lesson finished with making of wonderful appliques of the hedgehog which children were making with their own hands.
